In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
- Destruction Procedure: Information provided by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. In the case of paper documents, they are stored separately and retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws before being destroyed.
- Destruction Method: Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent the information from being restored or reproduced.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company does not provide customers’ personal information to external third parties. Exceptions may apply where users have given prior consent or where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
6. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users may request access to or correction of their personal information at any time and may withdraw their consent.

7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Administrative and Technical Measures: Minimization of personnel handling personal information, installation of security programs, and management of access permissions
- Physical Measures: Secure storage of documents and storage media containing personal information using locking devices

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. If additions, deletions, or corrections are made due to changes in applicable laws or company policies, such changes will be announced through the Notices section at least seven days before they take effect.
